What better way to begin my journey of the blogging world by doing a sniffer at an exclusive event held at my own home town. That's right Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. I was invited by my good friend Norif Paival, with an invite by Nuffnang and XPax. Terima Kasih!
The evening started with pouring rain and indeed last till the wee morning. My auntie will say 'the sky is crying like woman'. Very 'chong hei'!
The 2nd year of Stompin' Sabah 2010 was held at Jesselton Point, Kota Kinabalu. A mixture of local talents and international big names was line up to entertain the enthusiast crowd for the night.

The first 3 hours set was filled by local talents which was chosen from an audition which was held earlier.You guys rock!
DJ Tony keep the crowd moving with his spin that night. The amazing performance by Shawn Lee aka the beat box man, Toi AF6 aka the Angklong man, MC Vibe keep the night pumping.
To keep the soaking wet crowd happy, Jin from Hitz.FM (the emcee) was giving out T-Shirt the whole night.
My highlight of the night was performance by the Wicked Aura Batucada. This 13-strong percussion band from Singapore aint letting you stop dancing and the crowd keep digesting, wanting for more! Their show case top nodge hybrid of Afro-Brazilian rhythms, rock, funk, reggae was truly wicked! I must grab a copy of their cd.
Come what may, I'm here to party in STYLE!
All drenched but dancing and singing the night away!
The most awaited performance by Malaysia Rock Queen Ella and the Legendary Man Kidal and Joe Wings, belted several of their famous hits and ending the night with a STORM! so sorry, my camera was out of action :)
